Professor Bin Jiang is currently the President of the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, and a Chair Professor of the Cheung Kong Scholar Program with the Ministry of Education. He has authored 8 books and over 100 referred international journal articles. His current research interests include intelligent fault diagnosis, fault-tolerant control and their applications to helicopters, satellites, and high-speed trains.

He was a recipient of the National Natural Science Award of China. He is an IEEE Fellow, a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), a Fellow of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), the Chair of Control Systems Chapter in IEEE Nanjing Section, and a member of IFAC Technical Committee on Fault Detection, Supervision, and Safety of Technical Processes. He currently serves as a Senior Editor for International journal of Control, Automation and Systems, and an Associate Editor or an Editorial Board Member for several journals, such as the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics.

Professor Mou Chen is currently the Dean of the College of Automation Engineering at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), China. He has been elected IEEE Fellow (2026), IET Fellow (2025), CAA Fellow (2024), and Academician of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (2024). He has served as an Associate Editor for several prestigious journals, including IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences, Chinese Journal of Aeronautics, Acta Automatica Sinica, and Control Theory and Application.
 
He received many prestigious awards, including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (2018), the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award of China (2018), the First Prize of Natural Science Research Achievements of the Ministry of Education (2025), the First Prize of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Award (2021), the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Society of Automation (2023), and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Society of Command and Control (2025). He has published more than 400 papers in conferences and journals.
