Aims and Scope

Communications and Intelligent Networked Computing (CINC) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal focused on research at the intersection of next-generation communications and intelligent networked computing. The journal seeks to advance fundamental theories, system architectures, and practical technologies that integrate communication networks, distributed computing, and artificial intelligence to support scalable, secure, and adaptive connected systems.

Recognizing that the integration of communication and computing has become a key research focus, CINC aims to provide a rigorous, forward-looking platform for scholarly exchange.
