Communications and Intelligent Networked Computing (CINC) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal advancing research at the intersection of next-generation communication technologies and intelligent distributed computing. As networks evolve toward 6G and computing moves toward edge-based and distributed intelligence, the integration of communication and computing has become a key research focus. In response, CINC is committed to providing a rigorous and forward-looking platform for high-quality scholarly exchange.

CINC welcomes original research articles and comprehensive reviews covering all areas related to next-generation communications and intelligent networked computing, encompassing theoretical foundations, system architectures, algorithm design, protocol development, optimization strategies, and practical implementations in both academic and industrial contexts. 

The journal is a Gold Open Access journal, online readers don't have to pay any fees.

The journal is currently free to the authors, and all Article Processing Charges (APCs) are waived until 31 December 2026.
