PingAn Hu, a professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), P.R China. Dr. PingAn Hu obtained his Ph.D degree from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science, then he worked as a The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) research fellow at Waseda University, Japan, and as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. Since 2009, he is a full professor at HIT. He mainly engages in research on wearable technologies including flexible semiconductor materials and electronic skin sensors. He has been selected for the National High-level Talent Program, awarded the title of New Century Excellent Talents by the Ministry of Education, and appointed as a special professor for Longjiang Scholars in Heilongjiang Province. Published over 200 papers in highly qualified international journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Physical Review Letter, Journal of American Chemical Society, and Advanced Materials., granted more than 20 invention patents, and won 3 natural science awards in Heilongjiang Province. and 2022/2023 Elsevier highly cited Scholars.
