Special Issue on Sustainable Management Practices and Policies
Aims and Scope
Innovative research studies on the creation of sustainable management practices and policies that assist organisations in meeting existing demands without jeopardising the future in social, economic, and environmental spheres are covered in this Special Issue. In this period, practices and regulations for sustainable management must evolve to meet stakeholder demands and offer a competitive edge. The emphasis on sustainable management practices and regulations has grown since the market pressure makes companies accountable for their activities. Without comprehending the effects of organisational realities and advancements, it is getting harder and harder to succeed in organisations in today's global context. Focusing on organizational sustainability strategies after COVID-19, the circular economy, sustainability and digitalisation, sustainability and stakeholder pressures, sustainability and financial performance, leadership and sustainable business, sustainable risk management, accounting for or measuring sustainability, green economy, green finance and other topics, we anticipate that the diverse perspectives and empirical studies in this special issue will be able to provide insight into recent trends, issues, and challenges in organisations' practices. Therefore, the studies are meant to aid in the understanding of organisations' sustainable management practices and policies by researchers and policymakers.
