Article Processing Charges

All articles published in the Journal of Data Science and Intelligent Systems are published in Gold Open Access. In order to provide free access to readers and to cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, an article processing charge (APC) of 1000 USD (US dollars) applies to papers of up to 12 pages accepted after peer review. For manuscripts exceeding 12 pages, an additional over-length fee of 20 USD (US dollars) per page will be charged. All authors are encouraged to plan ahead regarding their ability to cover the entire APC and any applicable over-length fees.

The Journal of Data Science and Intelligent Systems does not charge a submission fee, which means there are no charges for rejected articles. Some items (Editorials, Corrections, Addendums, Retractions, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

The prices quoted do not include any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other sales taxes. Tax may be charged in addition to the price shown, where required by law. The amount of tax charged will be calculated at the point of sale and identified separately. If you have a VAT, GST, or other sales tax identification number, you should provide this when requested.
