The Ocean Observation Technologies and Engineering (OOTE) is an international, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing innovation in ocean observation. The journal aims to publish high-quality research that drives technological and engineering progress in this field.

OOTE is a Gold Open Access journal, ensuring free access for online readers worldwide.
The journal is currently free to the authors, and all Article Processing Charges (APCs) are waived until 31 December 2026.
