Introduction: Dr. Luo received his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, USA, and is currently an Associate Professor at BNU-HKBU United International College in Zhuhai, China. His research includes AI Engineering, Big Data, FinTech, Service Science and Computing, Innovation Management, Sustainable Development, Technology Adoption and Risk Management, as well as Data Monetization with a focus on Privacy and Fairness. His expertise also extends to Operational Analytics.
Dr. Luo has made significant contributions to key areas such as Big Data, FinTech, RFID/Internet of Things, Virtual Reality, Interactive Media, Service Innovation, and Mechanism Design, and has authored or co-authored over 100 scholarly publications.
In recognition of his impact on the field, Dr. Luo was named among Stanford’s Top 2% World Scientists in both 2021 and 2022. He is also affiliated with the BNU-UIC Institute of AI and Future Networks, where he is committed to advancing AI research and fostering its influence within both academic circles and the broader global community.
