About STM

STM serves as the vanguard for the academic publishing industry, collaborating with its members to promote trusted research on a global scale. Committed to ensuring that groundbreaking discoveries are communicated with unwavering accuracy, clarity and integrity, STM champions innovation in academic research while stimulating the development of new technologies and universal standards. With over 140 members worldwide, including major commercial publishers, learned societies, and university presses, STM plays a crucial role in shaping the future of scholarly publishing.

STM Aims and Objectives

-to assist publishers and their authors in their activities in disseminating the results of research in the fields of science, technology and medicine;

-to assist national and international organisations and communications industries in the electronic environment, who are concerned with improving the dissemination, storage and retrieval of scientific, technical and medical information;

-to carry out the foregoing work of the Association in conjunction with the International Publishers Association (IPA) and with the national publishers associations and such other governmental and professional bodies, international and national, who may be concerned with these tasks.

As the member of STM, we will actively contribute to initiatives including advancing open science, ethical publishing standards, and diversity in research outputs.

Bon View Publishing Formally Joined Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association(OASPA)

Bon View Publishing Pte. Ltd. has recently become a member of Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association(OASPA). As a member of OASPA, Bon View Publishing is intrinsic to fulfilling the mission of encouraging and enabling open access as the predominant model of communication for scholarly outputs.

About OASPA

OASPA is a diverse community of organizations engaged in open scholarship with a mission to encourage and enable open access as the predominant model of communication for scholarly outputs. The membership includes scholar-led and professional publishers of books and journals, across varied geographies and disciplines, as well as infrastructure and other services. It is a trusted convenor of the broad, global spectrum of open-access stakeholders and a proven venue for productive collaboration. OASPA members develop and disseminate solutions that advance open access and ensure a diverse, vibrant, and healthy open-access community.

OASPA has a rigorous application review process for organizations wishing to join. Applications are judged against a set of strict membership criteria by a Committee comprising several Board Members.
